Setting the access rights on an entry, that is, whether it is admin locked
and/or admin hidden, can only be performed via TPS when logged in
to admin level.
If an entry is locked at admin level (or higher), it may only be viewed
at user level. If an entry is hidden at admin level, it is not visible at user
level. You must log in to admin level to see it.
