Leaky plunger seals

Pump seals not wetted
Binding plunger seal
Corrective action
Sparge solvents.
Prime pump to remove
bubble.
Clean check valve(s).
Replace check valve(s).
Clean or replace the
filter.
Remove bend from
tubing. If symptoms
continue, replace
tubing.
Replace seals.
Replace damaged
plunger.
Call WatersTechnical
Service.
Prime pump.
Replace plunger seal
assembly.
