5. Remove any paper from Tray 3 or 4.
6. Reload the tray with undamaged paper, then push the tray in until it stops.
7. To return to the Home screen, press the Home button.
8. Close the left side door.

To resolve the error that appears on the control panel, follow the instructions provided and remove all
paper from the Tray 5 area.
1. Remove the jammed paper from the tray.
2. Ensure that the paper-feed entrance where the tray connects to the printer is clear.
3. Open the left side door of the printer. Remove any jammed paper from the left side door areas.
