To resolve the error that appears on the control panel, follow the instructions provided. Remove all
paper from the Tray 1 and Tray 2 areas.
1. Open the left side door of the printer. Remove any jammed paper from the left side door areas.
2. Close the left side door, then wait 10 seconds. Any paper currently in transport inside the printer
moves to the left side area.
3. Open the left side door. Remove any jammed paper from the left side door areas.
4. Pull out the tray until it stops.
5. Remove the paper from the tray.
6. If the paper is torn, remove the tray completely, then check inside the printer for torn pieces of
paper.
7. Close the left side door.
8. Reload the tray with undamaged paper, then push the tray in until it stops.
