Ending Conferences

When you end a conference, you end your connection to the other conference
particip ants. The other parties rem ain connected .
T o end a conference:
>> From the Active:Conference screen, press the En d Call soft key.
The tw o other conference participants rem ain connected .

Changing the Way Calls are Answered

You can set up your phone to d o the follow ing:
Forw ard certain incom ing calls to another p arty.
Reject all the calls from a specific contact.
Transfer calls from a sp ecific contact to another p arty.
Tem p orarily refuse all incom ing calls and p revent you r p hone from
ringing.

Forwarding Calls

Your company's settings may override this feature. For more information, contact
your system administrator. Call forwarding isn't available on shared lines.
Note
You can set up your phone to forw ard calls to another party. You can choose
to forw ard all incom ing calls, or ju st those calls that arrive w hen you're
alread y in a call, or w hen you d on't answ er. You r phone w ill forw ard calls
even if you enable the Do N ot Disturb Feature.
To forward calls to another extension:
1. From the id le screen, press the Forw ard soft key.
2. From the Forw ard ing Typ e Select screen, scroll to the forw ard ing typ e
you w ant, and then press
— Alw ays—To forw ard all incom ing calls.
— N o Answ er—To forw ard all unansw ered incom ing calls.
— Bu sy—To forw ard calls that arrive w hen you 're alread y in a call.
