T o set up a conference call with an active call and a held call:
>> If you have an active call and a held call, press the Join soft key.
A conference is created w ith the active call, the held call, and you rself.
If you have an active call and multiple calls on hold, the Join soft key isn't available
from the active call. Scroll to the call on hold that you want to join to the conference,
and then press the Join soft key.

Holding and Resuming Conferences

When you place a conference call on hold , you place the other tw o conference
particip ants on hold . You r phone treats a conference call on hold as one held
call. Therefore, you r phone can have a m axim um of eight conferences on hold
at one tim e.
T o place a conference call on hold:
>> From the Active:Conference screen, press the H old soft key.
The H old :Conference screen displays. The other tw o conference participants
are p laced on hold . The LEDs flash red to ind icate that a call is held .
To resu m e the conference call, p ress the Resu m e soft key. The
Active:Conference screen w ill display again.

Splitting Conferences

When you split a conference, you end the conference and place the other tw o
conference p articip ants on hold .
T o split a conference:
>> From the Active:Conference or H old :Conference screen, press the
Sp lit soft key.
The conference end s, and all calls are split into ind ivid ual calls and p laced on
hold .
