Rejecting Calls While Your Phone Rings

When you reject a call, you end the call before the call can connect. Your
system ad m inistrator d eterm ines how rejected calls are hand led (for exam p le,
rejected calls m ay go d irectly to you r voice m ail system ). Calls you reject w hile
you r p hone rings d isplay in the Received Calls list.
T o reject a call:
>> While you r p hone rings, p ress the Reject soft key (for private lines) or the
Silen ce soft key (for shared lines).
The call end s before it can connect.

Forwarding Calls While Your Phone Rings

Your company's settings may override this feature. For more information, contact
your system administrator.
Call forwarding isn't available on shared lines.
Note
While you r phone rings, you can choose not to answ er the call and forw ard the
call to another p arty.
T o forward an incoming call as your phone rings:
1. While you r phone rings, p ress the Forw ard soft key.
2. From the Call Forw ard ing screen, enter the num ber to forw ard the
incom ing call to.
Your phone displays the last number you forwarded calls to. If you previously set a
forwarding number and want to enter a new one, press the << soft key to delete the
number.

3. Press the Forw ard soft key.
The incom ing call is forw ard ed to the party you sp ecified . If call forw arding is
d isabled , future calls w ill not be forw ard ed and forw ard ing rem ains d isabled .
