Editing Call List Entries

Ed it a call list entry if you w ant to u p d ate the contact nam e or nu m ber before
you d ial the num ber or save the contact to the Contact Directory.
T o edit a call list entry:
1. Press
Received Calls, or Placed Calls.
2. From the call list, scroll to the entry you w ant to ed it, and then p ress the
Ed it soft key.

Working with Contact Directory

You can store a large num ber of contacts in your p hone's Contact Directory.
Contact you r system ad m inistrator for the exact nu m ber.
You can d ial and search for contacts in this d irectory. You m ay be able to ad d ,
ed it, and d elete contacts. Contact you r system ad m inistrator to see if you have
read -only access to you r Contact Directory, or if you can upd ate it.

Searching Contact Directory

Search for a contact by scrolling through the d irectory, or entering specific
search criteria.
T o search for a contact in the Contact Directory:
1. Press
2. From the Directory screen, press the Search soft key. Then, enter the first
few characters of the contact's first or last nam e, and then p ress the
Search soft key again.
3. From the Directory Search screen, scroll to the contact you 're searching
for.
