A quick search allow s you to search using the contact's last nam e (if the
d irectory is alphabetized by last nam e) or first nam e (if the d irectory is
alphabetized by first nam e). An ad vanced search uses any com bination of
the contact's first and last nam es, phone nu m bers, ad d ress, and title.
Do one of the follow ing:
— To perform a quick search, enter the first few characters of the
contact's nam e, and then press the Su b m it soft key. The screen
d isplays a list of contacts, starting w ith any successfu l m atches.
or
— To perform an ad vanced search, press the Ad vFin d soft key. From the
Ad vanced Find screen, enter your search criteria, and then p ress the
Su b m it soft key. The screen d isplays any su ccessfu l m atches.
(To erase your search criteria and enter new criteria, press the
Clear soft key.)

Saving Corporate Directory Search Results

You can enable your phone to save Corporate Directory search resu lts, and to
rem em ber the last person you view ed in the d irectory. Whenever you
re-d isp lay Corporate Directory, the results of your last search, or the last
p erson you selected , w ill d isplay. If you d on't enable you r phone to save
search resu lts, each tim e you access Corporate Directory, a blank search screen
w ill d isp lay.
T o enable your phone to save Corporate Directory search results:
1. Press
Corp orate D irectory > View Persisten cy.
2. Scroll to En ab led , and then p ress
