The Ticket Details area lists the service ticket number, date and time
when the ticket was last accessed (either opened or closed), ticket status
(open or closed), a summary of the problem, and detailed information
about the problem.
Note: The time indicated in the service ticket may not match the
DXi4500 system time.
Most service tickets also include a View Recommended Actions link.
Click the link opens a separate window with recommended steps to
resolve the problem. To close the window, click x in the upper right
corner.
