VDR Params Tab

Some of the <vdrparams.ini> file settings can be adjusted with the Video Configuration Utility.
For explanation of these settings, please see Section 9.5 Video Module Configuring.
To start, press the Load button.
Controls Defined
Number of Sources: This numeric box sets the number of Video sources by
adjusting the numSources INI key.
Maximum Colors: This scroll button sets the maximum number of colors, adjusting
the maxColors INI key.
Enhanced Compression: This checkbox enables or disables enhanced
compression, adjusting the enhancedCompression INI key. Default is off or not
checked.
Noise Clipping: This check box enables or disables noise clipping, adjusting the
noiseClipping INI key. Default is off or not checked.
The Calculated Video Setting Outputs: This section displays settings for the
Transfer Rate and Blocks which will be written to the INI file. The keys modified are
"transferRate" and "blocks", respectively.
The FRM Storage section lets the user select which Video Channel(s) will be sent to
the FRM. This updates the "VideoToFRM" key in the INI file. NOTE: Primary radar
(usually X-Band) must be saved to the FRM; all other radar connections are optional.
NOTE: The VDR product key must be set to enable features above the basic IMOP
requirement
