SOLID STATE RELAY (con't)
ADJUSTMENT
There are no adjustments necessary on the Solid
State Relay.
REPLACEMENT
WARNING
Always remove electrical power from the
SX prior to performing any maintenance
on the machine.
1. Remove the four screws holding the Load
Plate, set Load Plate aside (Figure 3-102).
2. Locate Solid State Relay; remove clear plastic
cover (Figure 3-103).
3. Remove the four wire screws.
4. Remove the two screws holding the Solid State
Relay to the Base Plate and set aside.
5. Remove defective relay.
6. Orientate replacement Solid State Relay so
that connections 3 and 4 are towards the front
of the machine.
7. Screw Solid State Relay down onto Base Plate.
8. Reconnect the four wires and tighten holding
screws (Table 3-1).
9. Snap clear plastic cover over Solid State
Relay.
10. Reattach Load Plate using screws and locking
washers.
