CAUSE
1. Bag openings are not
registered below air flow
(incorrect bag length).
2. Photoelectric eye was falsely
triggered.
3. Photoelectric eye is faulty.
1. Printer power is not on.
2. Printer not initialized.
3. Machine/printer
communication issue.
1. Printer is out of ribbon.
2. Printer ribbon is broken.
3. Ribbon is threaded incorrectly.
4. Printer is out of labels.
5. Machine is not properly
rewinding the ribbon.
1. Printer power not connected
or not turned on.
2. Printer option is turned off.
3. Printer not initialized.
4. No label loaded into the
printer.

TROUBLESHOOTING
SOLUTION
1. Adjust bag length to allow perforations
to be between drive rollers and pressure
bar.
2. Recalibrate the photoelectric sensor
using the procedure in the
Sensor Section (page3-56).
3. Refer to the Photoelectric Sensor
Section (page 3-56) for replacement
instructions.
1. Turn on printer power switch on the
rear of the machine.
2. Press the "Feed" button on the printer
display to initialize the printer.
3. Troubleshoot the Red Relay

1. Install and properly thread a new roll
of ribbon.
2. Rethread the ribbon according to the
web threading diagram on the outer
guard of the machine.
