Programming Quick Dial
This machine has 32 Quick Dial keys (01 to 32), each of which can be
programmed as one of the following: Quick Dial key, Group, Auto Document, or
Keystroke Program. The page number in the following table shows the location of
the programming procedure.

Using the following procedure, you can store telephone numbers as Quick Dials.
You can also store a label with each number for use with the Label Insertion
feature.
NOTE: You cannot use the following procedure to store Groups, Keystroke Pro-
grams or Auto Documents.
Programming a New Quick Dial
1. Press Function 3 1 and Yes.
At this time, you can print a Quick Dial List if
you press
and Start.

2. Press the Quick Dial key that you wish to
program.
Example: Quick Dial 01
NOTE: Press the 01 of the Quick Dial
key not 0 and 1 on the ten keypad.
If you pressed the wrong key, scroll using

4. Enter the telephone number at the opera-
tion panel's ten keypad.
If your machine is behind a PBX, include the access code and a pause before the telephone
number. For an international number, place a pause after the country code. To input a pause,
press the Pause key.

send the same fax to at the same time.
A program of settings, features, and
