4-cylinder injection engine (2.0 l direct injection engine, turbocharger) - Edition 02.2011
– Release and remove clip -2- for fuel return line -1-.
– Release clip -2- for fuel pressurisation line -3- and detach from
high-pressure pump -1-.
– Disconnect electrical connectors -1 and 3- from air filter hous‐
ing.
– Release air intake hose -3- from air filter housing -1-.
– Pull off vacuum hose -2-.
– Unscrew securing bolt for air filter housing in area of coolant
expansion tank.
– Withdraw air filter housing upwards.
– Release clip -3- from pressure hose -4-.
