4-cylinder injection engine (2.0 l direct injection engine, turbocharger) - Edition 02.2011
– Disconnect battery from negative terminal.
– Remove pressure pipe
– Remove throttle valve module
– Disconnect coolant hose
manifold.
– Disconnect coolant hose at front
rear from coolant pipe
– Unclip wiring harness for oil pressure switch -F1- from intake
manifold.
– Disconnect vacuum line -arrow- to activated charcoal filter.
– Unplug following electrical connectors.
1 - Activated charcoal filter solenoid valve 1 -N80-
2 - For knock sensor 1 -G61-
3 - From variable intake manifold valve -N316- , fuel pressure
sender -G247- and Hall sender -G40-
4 - From injectors
5 - Throttle valve module -J338-
6 - Intake air temperature sender -G42-
– Detach connector -1- from Hall sender -G40- .
– Unclip vacuum hose to air filter -2- and detach from air filter
housing -1-.
