5.2 Adding the Online IP Cameras

4. Click OK to finish activation of the IP camera. The security status of camera
is changed to Active.
The main function of the NVR is to connect the network cameras and record the
video from them. So, before you can get a live view or record of the video, you
should add the network cameras to the connection list of the device.
Before you start, ensure the network connection is valid and correct. For detailed
checking and configuring of the network, refer to
Network Traffic on page 11-24

OPTION 1

1. Click to select an idle window in the live view mode.
2. Click on the
Add IP Camera screen.

3. Select the detected IP camera and click the Add button to add it
directly. You can click the Search button to refresh the online IP
camera manually.

You can choose to custom add the IP camera by editing the
Chapter 11, Section 3 Checking
and Chapter 11, Section 4 Configuring Network
