You can configure the HDD error alarms when the HDD status is Uninitialized or
Abnormal.

Access the Exception screen:
Menu -> Configuration -> Exception

Select HDD Error from the dropdown list as the Exception Type.
Click the required checkbox(s) to set the HDD error alarm type(s).
The alarm type can be set as: Audible Warning, Notify Surveillance Center,
Send Email and Trigger Alarm Output. Refer to
Alarm Response Actions on page
NOTE
When Trigger Alarm Output is selected, you can also select the alarm output to be
triggered from the list.
Click Apply to save the settings.
