NVR Configuration Guide (Advanced) for NRS Expanded Series
You can set a notification that sends an exception or alarm signal to a remote
alarm host when an event occurs. The alarm host refers to the PC installed with
Remote Client.
In detection mode, an alarm signal is transmitted automatically when the
remote alarm host is configured.
NOTE
When an alarm is detected, an Email containing alarm information can be sent to
the user(s). Refer to
Chapter 11, 2.8 Configuring Email on page 11-16
configuration.
You can assign alarm output when an alarm is triggered.

Access the Alarm Output screen:
Menu -> Configuration -> Alarm -> Alarm Output
Select an alarm output and set the Alarm Name and Dwell Time. Click
Schedule to set the arming schedule for the alarm output.
If 'Manually Clear' is selected in the dropdown list for Dwell Time,
it can only be cleared by accessing Menu -> Manual -> Alarm.
NOTE

Set the arming schedule for the alarm output.
Choose one day of the week. A maximum of eight time periods can be set
for each day.
Time periods can not be repeated or overlapped.
