Additional security measures
Networking of the X127 LAN interface outside of the secured control cabinet requires additional
security measures. For additional information, see Section "Network security (Page 21)".
Only local access is permitted for the LAN interface X127.
You can duplicate the X127 interface via an appropriate switch with the required security
properties, e.g. SCALENCE S security module. Then, for example, panel interfaces or IoT
solutions can be implemented.
