These delays are configurable in Advanced settings.

When the device determines the alarm condition, it generates alarm signals (visual and auditory) and notifies any
system to which it is connected within one second.

default: 50 breaths per minute.

The maximum alarm signal generation delay of a technical alarm when connected to a central station
is 4 seconds.
There are no inherent alarm condition delays in the system for temperature or blood pressure alarms.
