Troubleshooting the Appliance

Make sure the stove has fully cooled (approximately 25 minutes) before conducting service. Unplug the
stove to prevent electrical shock.
Our new generation of pellet stoves is equip with a unique control system that simplifies the troubleshooting
process. Each stove has a "Power Control Board" (PCB) that has indicator lights that indicate the status for all of
the safety control sensors on the unit (see below). It also indicates the status of power being distributed to the AC
powered components in the appliance.
