Process value (frequency) and feedback value can be combined as follows for the PID control.

0: fmod/f207 selected

5: UP/DOWN from external logic input

7: Communication option
8: Terminal VIC

Note 1: When setting f389, do not select the same signal used for feedback input.
Note 2: When f389=3 is set, the process value is set by the parameter fpid.
fpid can be set by the setting dial in the standard monitor mode.
Please inactivate the frequency setting by the setting dial (fc, Preset-speed frequency)
(Set fmod/f207 other than 0 or 3, f660 other than 4, f724 to 0.)
Note 3: Signal is put out when the amount of feedback matches to the amount of processing.
Assign function number 144 or 145 to an output terminal.
Frequency agreement detection range (f167) can also be set.
