Lens Zoom-Focus Calibration: Perform zoom and focus motors calibration
There is the possibility to save the settings for the positions of zoom, focus, vertical shift corre-
sponding to a video format for each type of signal, for each input of the projector. (see "Memo -
ries" on page 27)
Note:
In the case of off-axis projection, zooming in and out, you get a changing of the center of
the image corresponding to the amount of the off-axis. This changing amount must be compen -
sate with the vertical and/or horizontal shift.
With some setting positions, the range of lens shift may be restricted, even though the unit is in -
stalled within the specified parameters.
Test Patterns
Enters internal test patterns, that are needed for installation or calibration purposes. Press ▴ or
▾ on the remote control or on the projector keypad to cycle through the test patterns. To exit
test patterns press Esc on the remote control or on the projector keypad.
Note:
OSD menus are not available while test patterns are displayed.
Initial Settings
Resets most projector settings to their factory presets. The settings in the following list are not
reset:

Note:
Before performing this operation, a confirmation message appears. Press ▸ to Confirm
and continue with the reset or press ◂ to Cancel.
Menu
This menu section provides access to OSD adjustments.
Language
Selects the desired OSD language. The AR can display the menus in English, Italian, French, Ger-
man, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Russian and Simplified Chinese.
Source List
Allows customization of the Input list. To change the status of an input:
1. highlight the input
2. use the ◂ and ▸ keys to Enable or Disable the input.
Disabled inputs are not shown in the input selection menu and cannot be selected via keys 1-5
of the remote control.
