Troubleshooting

The probe is connected to the USB connector but on the submenu COLOR SENSOR the only
available feature is RESTORE USER SETTINGS:
Disconnect and reconnect the probe.

If the probe will not be recognized by the system, restart the projector internal system turning
OFF and ON by the remote control or through the keypad.
If the problem persist, please contact your SIM2 Authorized Dealer.
The color calibration result is not aligned with the expectations:
Redo the Color Auto Calibration process.

The probe is connected to the USB connector but it doesn't measure anything:
The lens cap is not lifted up.
