Cannot print at all

(1) Does not work at all after power activation
No. Possible cause
1 Is Power cord set connected to the plug?
2 Does the AC power supply provide the
specified voltage?
3 Is Front cover open or Media loading lever
raised?
4 Is Maintenance cover open?
(2) Does not work after loading the media
No. Possible cause
1 Is Front cover open or Media loading lever
raised?
2 Is Maintenance cover open?
3 Is the media loaded at an angle?
4 Is Ink cartridge inserted?
5 Are you using the recommended media?
6 Is the printer being used in an environment
other than the one specified, such as in direct
sunlight?
7.1 Malfunctions and failures
Remedy
Connect Power cord set.
Connect the cable to another outlet.
Close Front cover.
Lower Media loading lever.
Close Maintenance cover.
Remedy
Close Front cover.
Lower Media loading lever.
Close Maintenance cover.
Load the media straight.
Insert Ink cartridge.
Use the recommended media.
Only use the printer in an environment that is
specified for use.
