Printing-related troubleshooting

(1) Printing is partially stained or incomplete

• Proper print quality may not be obtained with the media other than the recommended one.

(2) The printing position is incorrect (some parts of the media cannot be printed on)

2 Did you set up the origin and print position?
(3) Printing is blurred
No. Possible cause
1 Are you using the recommended media?
2 Are you using the thick or thin media?
3 Is the media printed on the printing surface?
4 Did you perform Micro adjust print?
5 Did you perform Media feed compensation?
6 Is the temperature setting of each heater
appropriate?

Remedy
Replace it with the new media.
Use the recommended media.
When using media other than the
recommended one, set the Vacuum Fan menu.

Load the media correctly.
Cancel or reset the settings of the origin and
print position.
