ATLANTIC 300 i.e.
The procedure to remove the engine from the
chassis is described below sequentially:
•
Remove the helmet compartment.
•
Remove the exhaust system.
•
Remove the calliper from the rear
brake disc.
•
Undo and remove the screw «1» and
disconnect the ground connection from
the starter motor.
•
Remove the rubber protection, then
unscrew and remove the nut «2» and
disconnect the cable from the starter
motor.
•
Disconnect the connector «3» from the
water temperature sensor.
NOTE
THE POSSIBLE OVERLAPPING OF OPERATIONS REFER-
RED TO IN OTHER CHAPTERS MUST BE INTERPRETED
LOGICALLY, AVOIDING ANY UNNECESSARY REMOVAL
OF COMPONENTS.
•
Disconnect the pick-up «4».
