(1) When the input signal is turned on, the RUN terminal turns to High and counting per clock cycle starts.
(2) When the input signal is turned off, the following two operations are simultaneously performed.
• The Latch terminal turns to High and the current count value is latched.
• The STOP terminal turns to High, counting per clock cycle stops and preset is performed.
