3.3 Function List
Description
Users can create the hardware logic to perform a desired control with the configuration tool.
The errors that occurred in the flexible high-speed I/O control module are stored in the
buffer memory as error history.
Up to 16 errors can be stored.
The errors that occurred in the flexible high-speed I/O control module are collected in the
CPU module.
When an error has occurred, the error can be cleared from the system monitor.
