6.12 Writing in Program during CPU Module RUN

6.12.2 File-write during RUN
(e) Instructions that do not operate normally during file-write during RUN
If a sequence program file being executed is written when the CPU module is in
the RUN status, the following will not operate correctly.
Execute write during RUN after confirming it will not affect the safety.
The following operation of the trailing edge instruction can be prevented from
occurring by using the EGF instruction.

1) Trailing edge instruction
If the execution conditions of the following trailing edge instructions are not
arranged upon completion of writing, the trailing edge instruction is executed.
• LDF
• ANDF
• ORF
• MEF
• PLF
2) Leading edge instruction
If the execution conditions for leading edge instructions (PLS instruction and
P instruction) are arranged upon completion of writing, leading edge
instruction is not executed.
The leading edge instruction is executed when the execution conditions are
OFF then ON.

3) SCJ instruction
If the execution conditions of the SCJ instruction are arranged upon
completion of writing, a jump to the designated pointer occurs even in a scan
cycle.
(f) Batch-write of SFC program files during RUN
If batch write of SFC program files during RUN is executed, an initial start is made
after execution.
When executing the batch-write of SFC program files during RUN on the High Performance
model QCPU, check the versions of the CPU module and GX Developer. (
The Process CPU cannot execute the batch-write of SFC program files during RUN.
