MEMORY CONTROLLER
NOTES:
1. ROM, SRAM, Flash and External I/O Bank have the same operation in internal logic.
Therefore you may connect a SRAM or a Flash Memory with a External I/O Bank.
2. Each EXT I/O bank address is fixed with maximum address range.
S3C2501X has 24 address pins, which restrict to 16M-byte address.
3. Each SDRAM bank supports up to 128M-byte in size.
