Notification Tab
The following
Document has printed successfully: the controller is finished
printing the document.
Private print document is being held: you sent a private print job
and the job is ready for release.
Proof set has been printed: the controller has printed the first copy
of your multi-copy job, which is ready for your review before you
release and print the remaining copies.
Document has been cancelled by the printer: the controller has
cancelled the job. This can happen when a paper size is not available
and the timeout has expired. This event may also occur when
catastrophic circumstances force the controller to cancel the job,
such as a missing byte or memory failure. Expired private print or
proof print jobs are not cancelled by the controller.
Document is unserviceable: the controller is unable to print the job.
Paper has a paper jam: there is a paper jam in the copier.
Printer is offline: the copier is off line.
Cassette is out of paper: one of the copier cassettes is out of paper.
This drawer may not be the drawer the printer is using for your job
and your job may still print.
Printer door is open: the cover on the copier is open.
Printer requires attention: the copier requires immediate attention.
Although this message alerts the service technician of a problem, it
also can occur if, for example, the output paper tray is full.
