Document Monitoring Tabs
The tabs in this window are:
Print Queue tab: Displays a list of all current jobs. Using this tab you
can view all the jobs in the print queue, pause and resume printing
one of your jobs, and cancel one of your print jobs.
Private Print tab: Lists the confidential print jobs. Using this tab you
can view all of your private print jobs and cancel jobs as needed.
Proof Print tab: Displays details of proof print jobs. Proof print jobs
are those for which a proof copy has already been printed but the
balance remaining is being held in this queue.
You can view all proof print jobs that have not been printed, release
the rest of the document for printing, and cancel a print job as
needed.
Scheduled Print tab: Displays details of jobs that are being held for
printing at a specified date and time.
Document Manager tab: Displays details of documents stored in
Document Manager.
Invalid tab: Lists jobs with invalid department codes (if

Printer Information

The printer information includes:
Printer Image: A visual representation of the printer, showing
warnings as yellow and errors as red.
Name: The name of the printer.
Model: Displays the printer model number.
Location: The physical location of the printer.
Status: The status of the printer.
Physical Address: The controller machine address, a unique ID
provided by the controller network card. (Also referred to as the
hardware address.)
Printer Information: Displays the cassette status icon along with the
errors and warnings that have been recorded for the printer. Shows
cassette status and provides cassette information such as toner low,
door open, paper jam, etc.
Description (list box below Printer Information): Desribes the
selected error or warning. For example: "Paper Empty -- Main Unit
Upper Cassette".
