Installing Macintosh PPD Files

Considerations and Limitations
The Imagistics Macintosh PPD (PostScript Printer Description) file
contains information about controller-specific features and works in
conjunction with the standard Macintosh LaserWriter printer driver
(version 8.6.5 or higher for Mac OS 9.2).
If the Macintosh PPD sit file is used (Mac OS 9), it is compressed in
the StuffIt format. It automatically decompresses when it is copied to
the

not compressed and can be copied directly into
