The emergency stop button is integrated in the cabinet door.
Pressing the emergency stop button interrupts the safety chain.
Precharging and circuit breaker are switched off.
The voltage supply of the drive converter is interrupted.
The connected motor is disconnected from the power supply and coasts down.
After an emergency stop the button must be released again and the circuit breaker
must be reset before the drive converter can be restarted.
Do not use the emergency stop button for closing and opening the
circuit breaker. The function is connected to the low-voltage coil of the
NZM4. Repeately actuation affects the service life of the circuit breaker.
Emergency stop button
The cabinet system fulfills the stop category 0 for uncontrolled shutdown according
to EN 60204-1.
The function includes interruption of the power supply of the cabinet system via the
circuit breaker, without using the electronics via a safety combination according to
EN 60204-1.
The motor coasts down.
The main switch Q1 must be switched off if a complete activation of all voltages is
required.
The cabinet system can be integrated into a higher-level emergency stop chain.
