DESCRIPTION
Performs metallic line test on the specified VOIP ports
: Perform all tests on the line connected to the specified VoIP line

card port.
: Test the line's AC voltage only.
vac
: Test the line's DC voltage only.
vdc
: Test the line's load resistance only
rload
: Test the line's isolation resistance only.
riso
: Test the line's capacitance only.
cap
: Test the line's ringer equivalent number only.
ren
: Test the line's ring voltage only.

: Test the line's metering voltage only.
metering
: Test the line's dialtone only.
dialtone
: Test if the line circuit accepts dialed digits and switches the call

to its destination.

Displays H.248 configuration.
Enters the sub-command mode for configuring the global H.248
settings.
Leaves the global H.248 settings configuration sub-command mode.

Configures digit collection timeout
start-timeout: Set the timeout period if the user doesn't send any
DTMF signal after off-hook, in seconds (0-99). 0 disables the timeout.
short-timeout: Set the H.248 short time-out, in seconds (1-99). You
define the short and long timeout values and the IES selects which to
use.
long-timeout: Set the H.248 long time-out, in seconds (1-99). You
define the short and long timeout values and the MGC selects which to
use.

Configures the value of the DSCP bit (0-63) carried on H.248 packets.
