RADF copy ratio adjustment

Note:
First check if the image adjustment has been performed properly and then start this adjustment
for the RADF. Also, the RADF position and height shall be adjusted correctly.
(1)
Check the image using the chart (original)
with vertical and horizontal lines in the
following procedure.
Place the chart provided as an original with
its face up on the original tray of the RADF.
(2)
Press the [START] button.
(3)
Superimpose the chart on the copy and
check the image dimension "I".
(4)
If the adjustment is necessary, shut down the
equipment and turn the power ON while
pressing [0] and [5] simultaneously.
(5)
Key in [357] and then press the [START]
button.
(6)
If the copy image dimension "I" is larger than
the chart dimension, enter a value smaller
than the current one. If the copy image
dimension "I" is smaller than the chart
dimension, enter a value larger than the
current one.
Note:
When the value is increased (decreased) by
1, the copy image (ratio in the secondary
scanning direction) is affected
correspondingly by 1%.

Press the [ENTER] button.
