Note:
When reprogramming the link speed, it is recommended to wait at least 800 ns between two subsequent changes of
link speed. It is also recommended to program only single steps; i.e. when switching from 1/1 to 1/32 link speed, it
should be done in steps from 1/1 to 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 and then 1/32, each with a 800 ns pause between two steps.
This register will keep its contents also when TRS_CTRL is modified.
