Detection Timing
The Heater Lamp remains ON for a predetermined
consecutive period of time.
It is determined that the life counter value is faulty when the
NVRAM data is read as the Power Switch is turned ON.
It is determined that the NVRAM data is faulty when read.
It is determined that there is a NVRAM data access failure.
Mounting of the NVRAM on the Mechanical Control Board
is faulty.
