Printer Does Not Power ON - LVPS (PU) Operation Check
Power Switch
PWB-A (Engine Control Board)
Step Check Item
1 Is the power source voltage being applied to
CN1 on LVPS (PU)?
2 Are fuses (F1 and F2) on PU conducting?
3 Are DC24 V and DC5 V being applied to
PJ2A on the Mechanical Control Board?
Control Panel Indicators Do Not Light
Print Control Board (PWB-P)
Control Panel (PWB-OP)
Step Check Item
1 Is the power source voltage being applied to
CN1 on PU?
2 Are fuses (F1 and F2) on PU conducting?
3 Is PJ13P on PWB-P properly connected?
4 Is PJ10P on PWB-OP properly connected?
Fusing Heaters Do Not Operate
Safety Switch (S2)
Fusing Unit
Step Check Item
1 Is the power source voltage being applied to
CN1 on PU?
The Top Cover and Front Cover should in
closed position at this time.
2 Is the power source voltage being applied to
CN2 on PU?
