0402- System Options, Part B

Description
Use Program 0402 - System Options (Part B) to set additional
Hotel/Motel options. In the 384i, this sets the options for each
Tenant Group. You can set the options differently for each of the
four Tenant Groups. Refer to the following chart for a description of
each option, its range and default setting. Also refer to Program 0401
- System Options (Part A).

Call. The options are:
Music on Hold (0)
VAU Message (1)

To enter data for Program 0402 (System Options [Part B],

Item 5: Hotel Wake Up Call Mode):

1. Enter the programming mode.
2. 0402 + HOLD.
Tenant No?
3. Enter the number of the Tenant Group you want to program (1-4)
+ HOLD
Item No?
4. Enter 05 + HOLD
Item_05:
The previously programmed value displays.
5. Enter data (0, 1 or 2 - see above) + HOLD
Item No?
6. HOLD to program this item for another Tenant Group
OR
HOLD + HOLD to exit.
