Make sure your

PCB installed.
In 2802, be sure the PMS system
is assigned to the same Tenant
Group as the Hotel mode
telephones.
In 1201 register 66, set
RTS to disabled (1), DTR
and CD to on (0) and
disable flow control (0).
In 1203, be sure PMS DCI and
Hotel mode telephones are in
same Tenant Group.
