Default Setting
28i/124i: Ports 1 -72 = extension 301-372. Virtual port extension 73
through 88 are 373-388. Ports 89-96 are unassigned.
124i Enhanced: Ports 1 -200 = extension 301-499. Virtual port
extension 201 through 248 are 501-548.
384i: Ports 1 through 256 = extensions 301 through 556. Ports 257
through 384 are unassigned.
704i: Ports 1 -199 = extension 301-499. Ports 200 through 640 are
5000-5440. Virtual port extension 641 through 896 are 5441-5696.
No names programmed.

Telephone Programming Instructions

To enter data for Program 0502 (Extension Numbers and Names):
1. Enter the programming mode.
2. 0502 + HOLD.
STA PORT No?
3. Enter the number of the extension port you want to program +
HOLD.
The 28i has extension ports 1-20 and virtual ports 73-96.
The 124i has extension ports 1-72 and virtual ports 73-96. The
124i Enhanced has extension ports 1-72 and virtual ports 201-
248. The 384i has extension ports 1-256 and virtual extension
ports 257-384. The 704i has extension ports 1-640 and virtual
ports 641-896. The previously programmed extension number
displays.

4. Enter the extension number you want for the port selected (e.g., 301
for port 1) + HOLD
The system displays, "DUPLICATE DATA" if the extension
number is already in use by another port.

The previously programmed name displays.
5. Enter the extension's name + HOLD.
Refer to the chart on the previous page when entering

names.

6. HOLD
STA PORT No?
7. Repeat from step 3 to enter another port.
OR
HOLD to exit.
