Sets or returns the VMS Management (UDP) Base port for the unit in the
form xxxxx, where:
xxxxx=value from 49152 to 65534

Returns the VMS Multicast IP Address in the form xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, where:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx=the IP Address
