1) Index Columns – Where Column 'C'=Command, and Column 'Q'=Query, columns marked 'X' designate the instruction code as
Command only, Query only, or Command or Query.
2) In the tables that follow, the following codes are used in the 'Response to Command' column (see Sect. 7.2.2.5.2):
