Sets or returns Unit Test Mode in the form x, where:
0=Normal Mode (no test)
1=Tx CW
2=Tx Alternating 1,0 Pattern
3=QPSK PN Pattern

Retrieves a previously stored modem configuration from the Configuration
Memory location specified in the form x, where:
x=0 to 9.
