(1) Check that the antenna cable is correctly connected to connector J1 on the connector board.
(2) Carry out the configuration procedure described in paragraph 9.3.8. "TV Standard (700E
version only)".
(3) For models with European electronics, unplug the antenna cable from the connector board
and plug it into the tuner; while for models with US electronics, plug the external antenna
cable into the tuner.
