Description
Sets the time-out time for fax transmission.
Purpose
To improve transmission performance for international communications mainly.
Method
1. Press the start key.
2. Select the item to be set.

Setting: T0 time out
Sets the time before detecting a CED or DIS signal after a dialing signal is sent.
Depending on the quality of the exchange, or when the auto select function is selected at the des-
tination unit, a line can be disconnected. Change the setting to prevent this problem.
1. Change the setting using the right/left arrow keys.

2. Press the start key. The value is set.
Setting: T1 time out
Sets the time before receiving the correct signal after call reception. No change is necessary for
this maintenance item.
