add <mac> <vid> <queue>
Description:
To enable a static mac entry for a port.
Argument:
<mac> : mac adress
<vid> : vlan id
<queue> : which queue you want to set
Possible value:
<mac> : format 01-02-03-04-05-06 (alpha numeric characters)
< vid> : 1 - 4094
<queue> : 0 - 3
